Acceptance of Terms

By using Pixara Studio, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

Export and Subscription

Exporting your work to shareable formats (such as PDF, PNG, JPG or video) requires an active subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) or a one-time lifetime license.
Saving and opening your own documents in Pixara’s native format — .pixara (a package that also stores a preview) or the legacy single-file .pixD — does not require a plan.
Subscription and lifetime prices, durations, and benefits may change at any time. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and renew automatically unless canceled; the lifetime license is a single one-time purchase.

AI Image Generation and Credits

AI-powered features, such as image generation, continue to operate using a credit system.
Each AI generation consumes 1 credit. Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases.
The availability, pricing, and number of credits may change at any time. Credits purchased are non-refundable.

Use of Content

The designs, documents and mockups created using Pixara Studio are intended for your personal or professional use. All exported content becomes your property, and you retain full rights to use it as you wish.
Templates and components provided within Pixara Studio are licensed for use in your projects without attribution.

Analytics and Data Collection

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the application’s functionality and user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content and features in Pixara Studio, including but not limited to the user interface, design elements, templates, and export capabilities, are the property of Tana IntelSoft SRL and are protected by copyright laws. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without prior permission.
Content you create using Pixara Studio remains your intellectual property.

Limitations of Liability

Pixara is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the application.

Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes within the app. Continued use of the application after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
